I bought from JRA and my M14 was defective. I called Classic who then put me in touch is Bula Defense. Bula took care of fixing my M14 and they sent me a shipping label so other than waiting a few weeks for the round trip I got a working M14 now. If Bula sells complete M14 rifles now I would go with Bula instead of JRA.JRA is a great choice and the 19.25" is nice vs. the SAI Scout length as you can remove the gas system without taking off the flashhider! Before you buy a JRA Rockola, ask for photos of barrel alignment, specifically feed ramps being centered properly was an issue I saw twice. I bought 3 of them when they first came out, with custom serial numbers. I also helped some of my friends get theirs ordered with custom numbers as well.
